TOPIC: it won't let me add instruments to presets?

I was trying to make a new soundfont using guitar samples. I've managed to follow all the steps shown in tutorial about it. Until I got to the adding the instruments to presets step.

Dragging and dropping the selected instruments to preset does nothing. Copying the instruments and pasting does nothing.

I'm running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. polyphone 1.8.

This is the very first soundfont I'm trying to make here and it's not going so well.

i could use all the help I can get.

We cannot see with the pictures if you already created a preset or not. First create one with a right click in the tree. Then right click on an instrument you want to link and link it to the new preset you previously created.
