TOPIC: Pitch Wheel in SynthFont Help

I'm trying to fix this Pitch Bend error with a MIDI I downloaded in SynthFont, but I'm used to thinking of things in terms of cents and semi-tones and not velocity. Vel has the whole 0-16383 value range, and works in terms of 128's, I know, but how does that translate to semi-tones? I need it to be equal to +100cents and -100cents. The boxes' current values for Pitch Wheel vel are -768 and 640, and in practice, it doesn't sound right, obviously, so I've been using trial and error. But it's a pain to do so.
